Flower Pots, Finally!

Hmm, I know it's been a while since I posted but I have finally completed the left side pot of flowers on my current applique project, Flower Pots by Kim McLean. I am happy with all these flowers except for one and I keep debating on whether to change it. Do you see one that stands out and could use some improvement? I usually don't like to 'unsew' but I may have to do it to please my eyes. Maybe I've just looked at it too long. Thanks for any comments!

You must have looked too long cause I think it looks wonderful.

I really can't see one that stands out too much. Maybe you just need to put it away for a while.
Looks beautiful to me.

It looks fantastic and I do think you might have been looking too close. It'll be fine when it's with the rest of the quilt.

Glad to see you post. I was wondering if you were ok. I hate when I do a post and ask for an opinion and then don't get one. So I'm going to make a guess at the flower that bothers you. Is it the pink one that has the one blue leaf? I do agree with everyone else, that the panel is wonderful. I don't see anything that I see that needs to be changed, but I do understand because I have done the same thing. And, you know if it bothers you now, there's a good chance that it will bother you after the quilt is finished. I am enjoying the applique' with these bright prints and love seeing everyone elses.

Your Flower Pots panel is FANTASTIC!!! HoOrAy!!! Don't change a thing. Seriously. Once the quilt is together nothing will be overpowering. The large and wonky shapes mixed with the fabulous colors and fabrics will ALL play beautifully together. Enjoy your FUN and amazing journey. ; )
